Customer Information:
Browse through our product line for items to add to your catalog, store,
or website. Select one item or the entire line. We offer generous discounts
to qualified buyers. Our wholesale prices will be made available to you
once you are registered as a Wholesale Customer.
New Customers:
Fill out the Wholesale Customer Application
and forward us a copy of your State Resale License and Business License.
When your account is approved, we will send you our Wholesale Price list
and ordering information.

Questions
How long has Evergreen been in business and
where are you located?
Evergreen has been designing and manufacturing Sign Language jewelry,
gifts, and stationery products since 1984. We are located in Florida
and all of our products are USA made.
Who can open a wholesale account?
Schools, bookstores, gift shops, catalog and web businesses may qualify
as wholesale customers.
What information does my company/school need in order to open a wholesale
account?
Businesses need to provide us with a copy of their Resale or Sales
Tax License and Business License. Schools will need a statement of
their tax exempt status on school letterhead. All new wholesale applicants
(businesses and schools) must fill out our Wholesale Purchaser Application.
As a wholesale customer, what is my price?
Wholesale customers will receive a generous discount. Details are provided
upon approval of your Wholesale Purchaser Application.
Is there a minimum amount my company/school
must order?
Yes, the initial opening order must be a minimum of $150. Minimum reorders
are $100. For reorders less than the minimum, a $10. small order
charge will be applied.
How does my company/school pay for our orders?
Company orders are prepaid by check, Visa/Mastercard/Discover, Amex,
money order, or C.O.D. Schools may use Purchase Orders. Returned checks
are subject to a $25.00 charge. Acceptance of merchandise constitutes
agreement of buyer to pay all costs associated with collection of accounts
when an outside collection service is necessary.
How soon would my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days
How is my order shipped?
Orders are generally shipped via UPS ground, insured. If you wish 3
day ground or air service, additional charges apply. If you have special
shipping requests, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
